He did a very good job of fixing our air conditioning. He's honest and knowledge and I would recommend him for everyone. He was able to fix everything within an hour and was very prompt and cared about our time. He fixed the ac unit outside and he was able to open the fans in the house. He double checked everything and he did more than we expected! His price is reasonable for the amount of work he did and it was great that he is licensed. He is a very great honest fellow and I would recommend him and call him again if something happens to my AC again!

Just to let you know how far above and beyond Tri-City goes for their customers, my husband and I completely remodeled the rental and part of it was to have Chris and his team install a new heating and air unit. It was going to take several days for the new system to arrive after the old one was removed.
Chris offered the use of his home space heater during that time. The temperatures dropped very low and we would have frozen in the house if it weren't for that heater. It was not something I would expect a company to do for a customer.
I can't say enough nice things about the company and Chris Hall himself.

Called because my AC was blowing hot air. Realized it at 5pm. Tri city responded to my call within minutes and had a tech out first thing in the morning. Very profession and knowledgeable. Had to replace the system, which was very affordable and completed by next day. Very impressive customer service and knowledgeable technician. Service above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I chose Chris at TRI CITY AIR because he seemed to be the most passionate and had the most knowledge about the job. Chris quoted me a fair price. During the job, Chris discovered he could not access some ducts, so he lowered the price a bit. I also chose TRI-CITY because when I call or text, its THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY (Chris)! It took Chris about 5 to 6 days to complete the job while other places said it would take a day and a half. After seeing the work that TCA did, I can't help but believe the other companies would have been running roughshod in my attic. I recommend TRI CITY for your needs.

Great customer service! I called them up today to diagnose an issue with my heater. Chris came out for a service call (in a few hours!) he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am more of the DIY home repair type and I was pleased with how he took time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, and even give me a little education!

This is the second company to come out for the same issue, I wasn't pleased with the result of the first company to come and their service call was $30 more expensive :-/ I wish I called Tri City Air first!! Thanks Chris!

Amazing, fast and excellent service!!! My air conditioner was having horrible problems and wasn't getting cool. I have a newborn and being a very new mom and a little paranoid i called tri-city 15 minutes before they closed. The owner took time to walk me through what steps I needed to do to defrost the air conditioning coil until he was able to send someone out first thing in the morning. I was very grateful with his advice when his technician called me he was very professional and let us know when he was on his way. He came and fixed our unit and really went out of his way to make are experience exceptional. So pleased!!! They even called to follow up. I am so happy i found them i will definetly refer everyone i know to them

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What if I need service after hours?

Contact Tri City Air by text, call or fill out the Contact Us form. We do after hours & emergency service.

Is it better to fix my old system or replace it completely?

Every circumstance has its own details. But think of the answer this way... New systems break less often, new systems are more efficient - saving you in utility costs. Sometimes you can fix that old unit, but how many times do you want to repair that old inefficient unit? We've seen so many units, we can give you good advice.

Can I get an estimate before requesting a Service Call?

Sorta, we have repaired so many units, if you describe the problem we can give you an idea of the cost. The amount will depend on how well the problem was described to us and that we do not find something different or more issues when we can physically see the unit.

How much is a Service Call?

Service Calls are $75, which is to come out and diagnose your problem. An estimate is provided for any work that needs to be done. If you wish to have the repairs done, the Service Fee is waived. If you do not want repairs done, the call is just the $75.

Is there a warrantee on the repairs you do?

Yes! We have a full 2 year warrantee on all the parts we supply, and 90 days for Labor. Typically issues that occur pertaining to the work appear right away and we cover that for 3 months . When we are done, we are confident the problems are solved. If a problem does occur down the road, the likely issue would be parts and we will replace them.

After you provide an estimate for the repairs, can the price go up later?

Cannot say it has never happened, but we do a flat rate fee to perform the service, including parts and labor. We have found other issues too big for our initial estimate only a few times since 1987, it is really, really rare.

What areas will you service?

We travel throughout all of Southern California, however, our official service area is in the Hi-Desert.

I hate calling for service and the repairman is more salesman than repairman. Is that you too?

No! Unlike the large companies that need to "feed the beast" due to their large operating costs, we are small and owner operated. We rarely are without repairs to do, we don't need to up-sell anyone for corporate points. Getting a little time off is nice for us...

BTW, we really hate the repair/salesman stuff too.
